Is Parking Available at the Five Soul?
There is no parking available at our El Gòtic or Gràcia locations, but you have these options just steps away from the apartments:

What are the Check-In and Check-Out Times?
The apartments will be available from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Traveling with Family. Are Cribs and Children's Beds Available?
Our apartments are ideal for family travel. We have cribs available.
What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy?
Cancellation, refund, and prepayment conditions may vary depending on the type of apartment. A full refund will be provided if cancelled with 7 days’ notice. Please check our website for the specific conditions of each apartment or contact us directly through our contact form for more information.
Is there an Elevator?
Yes, we have elevators at both of our locations.
Do the Apartments Have Balconies or Terraces?

Yes, each room is equipped with a safe to provide you peace of mind during your visit.
Is Smoking Allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed in the apartments or in the common areas of the building.
Are Parties or Events Allowed?
Parties or similar events are not allowed. Such actions are against company policy and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Can Pets be Brought?
Pets are not allowed.
